Wildcraft Classes: Painted Birdhouse Gourd

This November, we're offering a series of classes for adults, showcasing creative uses for the bounties of nature. Come get creative with us and take home a new treasure, using some of the season's loveliest natural elements. 

In this Painted Birdhouse Gourd class, you'll learn how to design, paint, and preserve a birdhouse gourd. The gourds were grown in our garden last year, and have been properly dried and are ready to be painted. We'll provide all materials you'll need, and you'll leave with a beautiful birdhouse, custom painted by you. 

We'll have bottled water and an assortment of hot drinks like tea and hot chocolate. 

Dress in layers, as the event is inside the greenhouse.
