Wildflower Walk
Event description
Spring is the best time of the year to enjoy the native blooms of Bendigo's bushland environments. Come along for a gentle stroll through the Junortoun Flora and Fauna Reserve to look for wattles, heaths, orchids and everything in between.
Meeting point: O'Keefe Rail Trail at Wilkie Road, between McIvor Hwy and Trotting Terrace. Parking is available next to the trail. We will then walk as a group to the Reserve.
What to bring: This is an outdoor event so wear weather-appropriate clothing and enclosed shoes. Bring water, a hat and binoculars if you would like to do some birdwatching.
