Wild Heart, Wild Breath (20th Nov)
Event description
What happens when we stop trying to hold it all together and simply breathe?
Wild Heart, Wild Breath is a guided journey back to the body, the earth, and the untamed wisdom within. In this sacred container, we’ll use conscious connected breath to soften the armour, release what no longer serves, and remember the wild self that has never left you- one that only waited.
This is not about fixing. It’s about feeling. Not about becoming. But returning.
Using a blend of both nose and mouth breathing, along with nervous system regulation techniques and intuitive guidance, Sunshine holds a deeply embodied space for you to explore emotion, sensation, and self-expression with presence, depth and curiosity.
Whether you're yearning to let go, call yourself home, or simply feel more alive, this session will meet you where you are, and lovingly invite you deeper.
Come curious. Come messy. Come wild. Your breath knows the way.
