Life Drawing .... but make it Wild!The Wild Creative and Subsdance are partnering to bring you an evening of very serious and respectable life drawing, where you can hone your artistic skills.....
Ok, ok... we aren’t fooling anyone, are we?
In reality, prepare yourself for an evening of raunchy raucous live performances, delicious grazing platters fit for Dionysus himself, a boozy bar and good old fashioned debauched drawing!
Arrive at your pre-booked seats to a choice of red, white or bubbly wine for your group, paired with a sweet and savoury Grazing Board (gluten free and veggie options available). Recline like a Greek god and witness the story of Aphrodite and Adonis, goddess of love who fell in love with a mere mortal, told through the medium of Burlesque, Boylesque and Music.
But here’s the arty twist! As each performance unfolds, over the course of 3 acts, our players will pause the scene for 2, 5 and 10 min intervals, allowing you to take up your pencils and paper and draw the performers like one of your Greek girls. Materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you are a fancy pants!
Art experience not necessary, but a willingness to have a wonderful time and do something different, a little bit saucy and very indulgent is!
