Rain hail or shine we gather, unless Mother Nature has a storm in full swing we will gather at a different location.

‘ Feel seen’ ‘Feel held’ & Celebrated a space to ‘Let go’ & fully express

‘Please attend in White Clothing’ Red if you are menstruating at this time or anything you feel most comfortable in.
if you feel like wearing something sensual to celebrate your body this is welcomed too.

Welcoming women from all walks of life ( all ages )

For some this concept may be new, I celebrate you for taking the step to deepen your relationship to yourself.

What this Space looks like -

- We gather at the divine location of Light’s Beach

( Follow the path from Williams Bay to the stairs and onto the beach )

- We are each welcomed by being Kieana the host of this gathering

- We meet in circle in silence and begin the Women’s circle

- We move into the nourishment of Somatic embodiment to reconnect to our pleasure and playfulness
- Followed by Sacred Rage Ritual / Ocean swim to return to a peaceful state

- Nourishing connection

- Closing circle

What to bring -

- An open mind & heart

- Towel/bathers if desiring a swim

- Journal and pen

🌀 After care - Being gentle with yourself after moving energy within the body is important, we will talk about this during each gathering 🤍

Being that we dance with parts of ourselves in this way, may stir up emotions that feel uncomfortable. Connecting with a safe person or calling a support hotline service that is available to you.

I am available for 1.1 mentioning via Zoom or in person.

Wild Woman intends to love the parts of ourselves that feel unexpressed, not seen, or heard, or simply the desire to share and bring to life a creative project.
Creating an intentional space in Mother Nature for us as Woman/Mother to truly drop into our hearts.
To let go and reclaim some sense of clarity.

Self-love directly supports the well-being and mental health of our women.

Kieana a passionate Mother who has spent the last 9+ years reclaiming parts of herself after 12 years of PTSD as a teen. 8+ years of working alongside women in both Mandurah/Southwest and online to reconnect to a joyful state of being, from running self-love empowerment walks to nurturing the mothers of her community as a doula/postpartum doula, Mental health first aid, now being trained as Sensual Somatic facilitator the vision continues to expand in create a space place for Women to come and feel supported, to truly step into their radiance 🦋
