Join us August 22nd in Portland for a FREE Wildwood Workshop! We are excited to bring athletes and coaches together to continue our journey to empower the young female athlete! Before school begins is the perfect time to regroup and add to your toolkit. Wildwood is set to bring experts in mental health, nutrition, positive mindset, and female physiology together for a 3 HOUR workshop at PCC Cascade.
Girls and coaches will have time to learn, reflect and discuss with other athletes who are navigating the same awesome world of sports.
