SEREN SPAIN
Seren Spain is a folk songstress and violinist, renowned for her songwriting chops and siren-like prowess on stage with soaring vocals. Paul Kelly’s longtime manager & biographer, described her as “A voice to die for”. Her peers such as Stephen Taburner of the spooky men’s choir described Seren as “a true original” and folk star Ernest Aines declared: “Watch out Folk World: this woman will be heralded for generations.”
After touring Ireland and throughout the UK, Seren returns home to finish working on her upcoming debut works with big plans to come, mixed and mastered by Grammy-nominated and winning producers, in between co-writing with acclaimed Artists behind the scenes & playing violin for bands such as The Glamour.
Seren will also be joined by her friend & harpist BRÍDÍN on stage, playing the celtic harp.
Seren is backed up by multi-instrumentalist Mal Beveridge, hot-heeled from his final leg of the iconic “Big Name No Blankets” Ilbijerri tour.
