Will to Read

On each second Wednesday (excluding December) from 6 PM to 8 PM, Dr. Justin Hopkins leads LST’s new Shakespeare reading and discussion group, “Will to Read.” Dr. Hopkins teaches Shakespeare at Franklin & Marshall College and has attended hundreds of performances of Shakespeare’s plays, reviewing many of them for academic journals. His book "My Year with Shakespeare" chronicles the Royal Shakespeare Company’s historic Complete Works Festival. A play’s important themes will be discussed, segments of filmed Shakespeare scenes will be reviewed, and snacks will be provided.
