Willawilla Wildflower walks

Willawilla is a hidden haven of biodiversity only 15 minutes from the city.

Located on private properties, this is a rare chance to see the results achieved by a group of hardy neighbors and volunteers who are protecting and expanding habitat for flora and fauna.
The lilies and orchids will be in full bloom, and the birds and animals will be watching on.

Walk 1:  10:00-10:45am     FREE - just a quick look around the site to discover the variety of wildflowers thriving after weed removal.

Walk 2:  11:00-12:00pm  $10 - a longer walk that will cover a broader area and more diverse terrain.  Fairly steep and uneven ground.  Followed by morning tea.

Walk 3:  12:30-2:30pm   *** SOLD OUT ***  - a long walk down the valley and up the other side.  Very steep and strenuous (ropes are needed at one stage).  Followed by a light meal and refreshments.
