Willow Sculpture with Penny Kerr
Event description
Learn how to create unique art out of natural willow in this small group, hands on workshop. All attendees will be able to take home at least 1 finished piece. Suitable to Adults and young people over the age of 13 years.
About Penny: I started willow sculpture in 2017 totally self taught, a few disasters on the way! Inspired by an English sculptor who does some amazing stuff! I run workshops all year in my garden and studio depending on weather.
Penny is a member of the Visual Arts Society of Yass (VASY) who lives on her family property in Bowning breeding sheep and cattle.
This is a free workshop thanks to the support of the NSW Government through the Stronger Country Communities Fund.
