What to expect on the day.
Held at the brand new Tea Tree Gully, state of the art clubrooms. Join us for a delicious morning tea (raw treat and cold pressed juice of choice). Be inspired by Dr. Amanda Foley (PhD), sharing on the all important Gut Health (touching on toxicity, inflammatory diseases, auto immune conditions, hormone health, skin concerns & more). Followed by a fun and invigorating group pilates session by local physio, Karen Denwood. Enjoy a 'deliciously healthy' lunch by the 'The Good Stuff Food Co' catering team. Three beautiful dishes to choose from. Simple food demonstration to finish. And a take home gift for all attendees too!
