Wilton Business Network - October 2026

The Wilton Business Network is a community of local businesses from Wollondilly dedicated to connecting, supporting, and learning from one another. 

We aim to strengthen our local economy and help each other thrive through regular catch ups.

Criteria to attend: Wollondilly Residential address or permanent fixed address for Business in Wollondilly. Owner or paid employee of the representing businesses to attend. 

For our October meeting, we’re excited to have Evelyn Szumski from A-WARE Academy leading us through an interactive workshop exploring the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset in business.

Evelyn will look at how the way we think can influence how we respond to everyday challenges—from client complaints and team mistakes to changing markets and the pressures of running a small business.

You’ll have the opportunity to identify where your own mindset may be limiting your business and discover practical ways to become more adaptable, turn challenges into opportunities and build a more agile, systems-driven approach to growth. This will be a hands-on session designed to get us thinking, talking and looking at our businesses a little differently.
