What: Wim Hof Advanced Workshop Put yourself in the expert hands of certified Wim Hof Method (WHM) Instructor Greg Burgess to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure, and Commitment. This workshop is free for all Roots Brothers.

Kit List

Must Bring:

- Comfortable clothing suitable for breathing exercises and movement

- Swimwear and towel for cold exposure

- Water bottle

- Yoga mat and/or blanket to sit/lie on

- Free lunch

Optional:

- Notebook and pen to take notes

- Extra warm layers for after cold exposure

The Wim Hof Method is a powerful natural training tool that can enhance your energy, health and performance. The method is based on three pillars:
