So, you've completed Fundamentals and have a newfound love for Breath and Ice due to its phenomenal potential in health, athletic performance, and recovery and you want to continue your practice? Well you're in the right place!

These 2.5 hour sessions are what I call an "open door class" where you show up at any time within the allocated time, do whatever breathing practice you want either guided or not, get in the ice for as long or as little as you want, ask questions to one of Australias leading breath experts and stick around for a cup of tea and a chat. Simple.
