Join Asher Packman, alongside fellow certified Wim Hof Method instructor Matt Radford, as they take you through a method that involves breathing, meditation and a life-affirming dip in the ice. Asher - also the current president of Meditation Australia and a certified HeartMath and Kundalini Yoga instructor - will begin with some heart-conscious meditation techniques to ready you for the 'Breath & Ice Experience', led by Matt, a physiotherapist, acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine doctor with over 30 years of clinical experience.

You will learn powerful techniques that allow you to gain control of your strength, health and happiness, discovering how to influence the inner workings of your body and elevate your human potential.
