Welcome to the Wim Hof Method Melbourne 'Breath & Ice Experience' with Asher Packman and Matt Radford

Explore breath, meditation and ice immersion to access the full potential of your mind and body.

Join Asher Packman, alongside fellow certified Wim Hof Method instructor Matt Radford, as they take you through a method that involves breathing, meditation and a life-affirming dip in the ice. These three elements combine to put you back in touch with your own true nature, alkalising and super-charging your body to bring about tremendous benefits to the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems.

The workshop begins with a personal introduction to Asher and Matt, whose journeys with cancer and shared outlook on life bonded them during their training with Wim Hof himself. (Check out Asher's story, 'Following My Breath', on Wim's blog)

Asher - also the current president of Meditation Australia and a certified HeartMath and Kundalini Yoga instructor - will begin with some heart-conscious meditation techniques to ready you for the 'Breath & Ice Experience', led by Matt, a physiotherapist, acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine doctor with over 30 years of clinical experience.
