Nestled on 180 acres of pristine natural bushland, join us at Margret River’s original Eco Retreat Lodge for a weekend deep diving into the Wim Hof Method and back to basic. Switch off to the daily grind of the weekly chores and allow Mother Natures gifts; the elements of the outdoors, the sanctuary for wildlife combined with the three pillars of the WHM: Breathwork, Cold Exposure and Commitment to allow you to discovery new depths and reignite those embers within that may have faded over the years and create new beginnings.
