With minimum wage rising another 6% beginning in July, the cost pressure will naturally (and unfortunately) drive us to want to do more with less.

We obviously didn't start a business to spend nights on admin and repetitive tasks. Quotes, invoice chasing, inbox triage, the repetitive work piles up, and it almost always lands back on the owner. On average, 20 hours can be saved with every three AI workflows deployed.

The good news: a lot of it can now be handed to AI, safely, using tools you already pay for. No code. No tech degree. No hype.

In this 90-minute session you'll learn:

The 3 jobs AI is genuinely good at for a small business and the ones to leave well alone
Three automations you can set up this week: lead replies, invoice follow-ups and one of audience's choice built live on screen
How to use AI safely: what never to paste into a chatbot

You'll leave with a one-page Automation Map of your own business: the first five tasks AI should take off your plate.

Who it's for: Owners and operators of small businesses (sole traders to ~20 staff). Beginners welcome.

Bring: Yourself and a notepad. A phone or laptop is handy but not required.
