Winding Down for Winter
Event description
In this mini retreat, we will release the tension that sits deep within the body using the very gentle movements of Yin Yoga. These nourishing movements allow you to soften into a pose and fully reset. The addition of healing sound and a guided meditation will allow your mind to slow down, and the Reiki Energy to nourish your soul.
Yin Yoga is the art of surrendering and allowing your body to do what it needs to do. We often don´t feel it while being in the pose but notice a massive difference afterwards.
While your physical body is experiencing a softening, the sound healing in the background will support your deeper tissues to open more and allow your life energy to flow more freely. Sound has an amazing healing ability on a level you cannot comprehend with your mind, but your body and soul will fell it right away.
And as the cherry on top of all that you will receive the divine Reiki healing energy that will do its magic on a totally different level.
A perfect combination to receive relaxation and healing on all levels.
