WindsorFest 2026 Raffle

WindsorFest is a community festival hosted on the grounds of Windsor State School. WindsorFest celebrates and showcases our primary school, community and local businesses. A fun-filled day and evening of gourmet food, markets, live music, entertainment, games, rides and prize draws, all in support of raising funds to help create a vibrant new Middle School Quadrangle for our students.

The WindsorFest 2026 Raffle is conducted by and benefits the Windsor State School Parents & Citizens Associations. All proceeds from our raffle draw are being invested directly into enhancing the Windsor State School Middle School Quadrangle.

Draw Date, Time and Location: Saturday 29th August 2026 16:30 AEST, Windsor State School, Top Oval, Main Stage

Winner Notification: Raffle winners will be announced live at WindsorFest and published at https://windsorsspandc.com.au/events/windsorfest/. Winners not present will be notified via email by Monday 31st August 2026. Collection of prize items from Windsor State School (Harris St, Windsor, Qld) is preferred. Postage of items may be arranged at the winner's expense.

Entry is open to Queensland residents and Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or claim prizes. All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with claiming or using a prize, including travel, accommodation, insurance, taxes, postage, transportation or other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. The raffle will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received prior to the closing date and time. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw or does not claim their prize within 60 days of notification, Windsor State School P&C reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable Queensland legislation. Personal information collected during the raffle will only be used for the administration of the raffle, prize notification and purposes reasonably related to the conduct of the raffle and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Every effort will be made to provide the advertised prizes. If any prize or component of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Windsor State School P&C, the organisation reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
