Wine 101 Class

The team at VinoTeca has invited some of our favorite local wine professionals for a unique class that brings us back to basics.  This class will focus on the fundamentals of wine tasting while guiding you through the elements of visual components, smell, winemaking technique, the difference between tannins and acid as well as the vocabulary to express these impressions. Formatting for the event will be unique to any others we have hosted - the store will be divided into a series of tastings that attendees will be assigned groups to move through stations dedicated to each subject and wines specific to the theme. 15+ wines will be poured. Snacks will be served!
