Wine - A never ending story. 

Join winemaker and founder of Mount Gisborne Wines David Ell as he discusses the history of the development of the wine industry in the Macedon Ranges. As one the early winemakers in the region, David takes us through the history of wine making, wine etiquette and the characteristics of wine. Enjoy a tasting of cool climate local chardonnay and pinot, and embrace the understanding of the complexity of wine as it ages.
