Join us for an unforgettable sensory adventure at Wine & Aromas, the latest Kerlili Wines Food & Wine Pairing Dinner at Bottarga Restaurant!

This exclusive evening will take you deep into the aromatic world of wine, how to identify a wine’s aromas, what they reveal about grape variety, terroir, and winemaking, and how aromas evolve as you taste. We’ll share practical nosing techniques and memory tips so you can sharpen your senses and deepen your appreciation, all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

You'll enjoy:

  • A four-course menu specially designed by the Bottarga’s chef to pair and play with each wine’s unique aromatic character.

  • Crab Brioche
    Handmade Sicilian brioche topped with Fraser Isle crabmeat, yuzu gel, and lemon balm.

    Ben Murray, SA, Bianco blend Vermentino/Verdicchio

  • Ocean Trout, Semi Cured
    Steamed Tasmanian ocean trout served cold, with green herb oil, liquid beetroot agrodolce, and lemon herb sauce.

    Kirkton Estate, NSW, Agnes Reserve Chardonnay

  • Crumbed Porchetta
    Slow-cooked crumbed pork belly served on creamy mashed potatoes with a sweet, sticky sauce.

    Mount Moriac, VIC, Pinot Noir

  • Torta Siciliana
    Sicilian sponge cake with limoncello custard, white chocolate ganache, fresh strawberries, and strawberry sauce.
