Terms and Conditions

Session Times
To ensure a great experience with minimal wait times, we have two sessions:

• Morning: 12.00 – 3:30pm
• Afternoon: 4:00pm – 7.30pm

Access

• Enjoy the outdoor area from 11:30am to 9:00pm, regardless of your session.
• Access to the warehouse (wine and cheese producers) is limited to your ticket’s session.

Tickets and Perks

• General Admission (GA): Includes a festival tote bag and a wine glass to take home.
• Masterclasses: Free for all ticket holders. We offer around 8 to 10 masterclasses at the festival. Schedule to be announced closer to the event.
• VIP Experience:
  • All-day entry
  • Access to VIP room overlooking the festival from upper level 
  • VIP Masterclass at 2pm with Matthew Barry from Mount Avoca - exploring 'Museum'' wines
  • Riedel Overture Wine Glass to take home
  • Cheese tastings to pair with the wines

Children

• The festival is aimed at adults, but kids are allowed and enter free.
• Children (0-18 years) must be accompanied by an adult and wear the provided wristband at all times.

Grape Stomp Competition

• Held around 3pm in the outdoor area.
• All ticket holders can cheer on participants. To compete, email us through our website.

Accessibility

• All areas are wheelchair accessible except the VIP room upstairs.

Dogs

• Allowed in the outdoor area only.

Weather

• The festival will proceed rain or shine with vendors and entertainment under cover.

Tastings

• Wine, cheese, and cider tastings are included with your ticket. Please support our vendors by purchasing products.

Alcohol Policy

• Responsible consumption is required. Vendors follow strict RSA regulations.

Photography and Videography

• We will capture photos and videos for social media and marketing. If you do not wish to be included, please email us with your name and photo in advance.
