Wine & Waste with Tasting Trail
Description
Come join us for a relaxed Tasting Trail meet and greet, catch up with fellow Tasting Trailers and agritourism businesses, and pick up your new Tasting Trail maps.
As part of the afternoon, we’ll have a "Wine & Waste" panel discussion with Dulverton Waste Management and Lauren Cameron, Carbon & Sustainability Advisor at Tourism Industry Council Tasmania.
We’ll keep it practical, looking at some of the biggest waste challenges tourism, hospitality and agritourism businesses are facing, what happens to your waste, what can what and can’t be recovered, and simple changes that could help reduce waste and save your business money.
It will also be a two-way conversation; a chance to share what’s working, what isn’t and some of the waste challenges you’re facing in your business.
Then, it’s back to catching up!
Enjoy light platters and a glass of Eastford Creek wine while catching up with businesses from across the region.
Want to showcase your produce?
If you’re a producer and would like to bring along some samples for everyone to taste, please do! We’d love to have your produce on the table.
No need to bring brochures or flyers, we’ll have the new Tasting Trail map there to showcase our producers and help everyone get their hands on the latest edition.
