Wine Blending Workshop - 28/03/26

Ever wanted to blend your own wine?

Roll up your sleeves and create your own signature blend with the knowledge and support of Dave Cush, owner and founder of Dave's Wine Revival and a wine producer with more than 18 years' experience in the business.

You’ll:

• Taste excellent component wines and learn how each contributes body, aroma and structure to a blend

• Hear insider stories about the provenance and production techniques behind the wines on your blending table

• Choose your base, and trial a few ratios until your personal blend sings

• Cork your finished wine, professionally labelled with your own design, to take home

This fun, interactive event will deepen your knowledge and appreciation of wine in a relaxed setting — under the guidance of Dave, who believes everyone should have access to great wine and enjoys unpacking what makes wine great without the bs.

Includes

• Guided introduction to wine blending

• Tasting of component wines

• Light food (charcuterie, dietary preferences can be accommodated)

• All blending tools and glassware

• Your finished bottle, labelled with your design, to cork and take home

Duration: ~90 minutes

Group size: max 16 people - deliberately kept small for plenty of tasting, experimentation and personal guidance
