In this hauntingly fun blind tasting, you’ll sample a selection of wickedly delicious wines — but there’s a twist… the labels are hidden, and your taste buds must become your guide.

Throughout the class, Jackie will guide you through the theory of blind tasting—using your sight, smell, and taste to pick up on subtle clues that will help you deduce what each wine is.

About the Instructor

Jackie Elo has 20+ years of experience in the wine world. In addition to being an owner of Amphora Wine Co., Jackie is a Community Wine Educator Extraordinaire and has taught dozens of classes at the Boise Co-op.
