When we decided to throw a Porrón Party, De Maison was the natural choice. Their logo is literally an illustration of a porrón, and their portfolio is stacked with some of the most exciting, terroir-driven bottles coming out of the Iberian Peninsula. De Maison works exclusively with independent artisan growers who own and farm their own land, prioritizing real quality and low-intervention methods over mass-market trends.

We will be pouring six distinct Spanish wines from their book throughout the night, teaching everyone the fine art of drinking straight from a porrón, and slinging a special menu of Spanish tapas-inspired dishes from the Tap Kitchen.
