Wine Tasting: Porrón Party with De Maison Selections

Join us at TCT North Main on Thursday, October 1st for a Porrón Party with Philippe Broom of De Maison Selections!

When we decided to throw a Porrón Party, De Maison was the natural choice. Their logo is literally an illustration of a porrón, and their portfolio is stacked with some of the most exciting, terroir-driven bottles coming out of the Iberian Peninsula. De Maison works exclusively with independent artisan growers who own and farm their own land, prioritizing real quality and low-intervention methods over mass-market trends.

We'll be pouring six distinct Spanish wines from their book into standard wine glasses throughout the night, alongside a special menu of Spanish tapas-inspired dishes from the Tap Kitchen. Drinking from the porrón is completely optional — but Ed and Philippe will be on hand showing off the technique, talking through the tradition, and letting anyone give it a go who wants to test their aim.
