Wine Tasting with Parés Baltà

We are thrilled to host a very special wine tasting with Parés Baltà, featuring winery co-owner Joan Cusiné!

Parés Baltà is a family-run estate in Penedès with a history dating back to 1790. Today, Joan and his brother Josep represent the third generation of the Cusiné family, carrying on a legacy of world-class organic and biodynamic viticulture.

What makes this winery truly unique is the winemaking team. In the 90s, Joan and Josep’s wives, María Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas, joined the family business as the lead winemakers. Under their direction, the winery has become a leader in reviving local heritage grapes and combining old-school techniques with modern innovation.
