Event description

Join us for a delicious lunch with multi-Logie Award script writer, novelist, producer and director Posie Graeme-Evans

(Writer of McLeod's Daughters)

Moderated by Julie Haseler Reilly, sculptor, painter, actress and singer

This is the first in a series of 2025 Wingecarribee Women Writers lunches featuring the literary and artistic talents of its members

Michaela Bolzan, Creative Director of the Southern Highland Writers’ Festival, will launch the 2025 Festival Program at the event, with Early Bird Offers for discounted Festival Passes

The inaugural project of the Wingecarribee Women Writers—a bronze statue of Australia’s first children’s book author, Charlotte Atkinson, by sculptor Julie Haseler Reilly—is the first statue of a woman in the Highlands. It was unveiled in Berrima Marketplace in December 2023. WWW’s 2024 project celebrated the remarkable and forgotten Berrima poet, Grace Perry, in a Poets Walk at Harper’s Mansion and at an event at Ngununggula in partnership with Red Room Poetry.
