Cameron Matthews, in collaboration with the Falls Farm and Mapleton Public House, brings you WINSTON; a pop-up fine dining event.

For 6 weeks, October through November 2023, the Green Room at Mapleton Public House will transform into an intimate dining space.

Dishes will be inspired by the connections Cameron has made, people he has worked with and lessons learned over the past few years, whilst maintaining a focus on locality and seasonality. With a bounty of produce from the Falls Farm at his disposal, Cameron relishes the opportunity to make the most out of ingredients at their seasonal peak – especially the fruit and vegetables often deemed too ugly for grocery shelves." - James Frostick ~ The Weekend Edition

Tickets must be purchased in advance, through Humanitix only, and are available until they are not. There is a maximum of 4 seats per table.

The restaurant must be notified of dietary requirements 24 hours prior to the booking date.
