Attuned Space Art Therapy is excited to bring you the first installation of weekly open studio art therapy mini group sessions from August to September 2025 called "Winter Open Studio Art Therapy for First Time Migrant Mums".

This series runs for 7 sessions from 4th August to 15th September and each session is 1.5hr long. These are things that you can expect from participating:

Make art as how you wish to - no pressure to make 'pretty' art & no art skills needed
Engage in therapeutic conversation with me if you want to speak about it
Witness other participants and be witnessed by them
Stay for the full 1.5hr or leave anytime if you want to

It is your choice to come down for all 7 sessions if you are curious to see how doing this can support you as you navigate the colourful journey of becoming a mum. If you want to come on some days or just once-off for a safe space to create and decompress from the hustle and bustle of life, it is completely okay too! I will be here to support anyone who wishes to make use of the time and space to create, reflect and connect in ways that lands for you.

Materials will be provided. Space is limited to a maximum of 3 participants per day.
