Seasons Of Becoming - Winter Immersion 2026
Description
Winter is often misunderstood.
It can feel like a quieter, heavier season but it’s also where we begin to notice what no longer fits…
and what is quietly asking for our attention.
That takes courage.
Being real with ourselves isn’t always comfortable. And acceptance isn’t about liking everything we find, it’s about being willing to see it, and stay with it, without turning away.
This immersion explores peace in a grounded, real way. Not as the absence of challenge, but as the ability to stay present with what is. We don’t only meet what feels good or aligned. We also meet what resists us, irritates us, or feels uncomfortable and we learn how to stay with ourselves through that.
This is not about fixing or escaping your emotional world. It’s about learning how to be with it. Because there are parts of ourselves we can only hear when things slow down.
This is a small, intimate immersion for no more than 8 women, held in a beautiful historic homestead, surrounded by nature in the Long Bay National Park, next to the ocean.
A space to step out of the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself.
Women arrive from different backgrounds and experiences, some with clarity, others simply knowing they need something more. Both are welcome here.
No pressure. Just honesty.

Why this matters
We are living in a time of great change. And with that, there is an invitation - not to push harder, but to come back to ourselves. To find a steadiness within… and begin living from that place.
This space is for you if…
You feel the need to slow down and reconnect
You’re navigating change or uncertainty
You’re seeking something more real, authentic and grounded
You value honesty, depth, and meaningful connection
You’re ready to live what you know to be true
Sometimes the most important thing we can do is take time to be with ourselves.
If that resonates, this space is here for you.
Spaces are intentionally limited.
The homestead is a short walk from the far end of the northern car park. Follow the path, over a bridge and you'll see The Vaughan Homestead.
