🜃 Winter Cocoon – Cacao Ceremony, Meditation & Yin Yoga

You are invited into a sacred afternoon of deep rest and inner connection.
A gentle cocoon to honour the quiet stillness of Winter — and the moment where we begin to turn toward Spring.

We are not different from nature, we move with its rhythms.

This workshop is themed around the Heart meridian, which in Chinese medicine is connected to love, joy, emotional balance, and our capacity to connect — with ourselves and with others.
As Winter comes to a close, this final cocoon invites us to gently warm the heart, integrate what has been resting beneath the surface, and prepare the inner landscape for renewal and expansion.

Together, we will move through a nurturing afternoon of:

– A sacred cacao ceremony
– Yin yoga focused on the Heart meridian, supporting emotional balance and nervous system regulation
– Journaling for heart-led reflection and clarity
– Aromatic essential oils for seasonal balance
– MFR (Myofascial Release)
– A long, sound-infused savasana to integrate and rest
– A wellness bundle with a handmade essential oil to take home

This gathering is an invitation to pause.
To soften.
To open gently toward what’s ready to bloom.

This session marks the final Winter Cocoon, a closing ritual before we step into the energy of Spring.
You’re welcome to attend this session on its own, or join the full series for a deeper, seasonal journey.
