About Hellen:
Hellen was born in Sichuan - the spiciest food region of China and was influenced by the culture of this northern region. Her father, a proficient Chinese chef specialising in dumpling making taught her from a young age. She was trained as a hospitality professional in Les Roches and Glion Switzerland and worked in Intercontinental Hotels Group after graduation with a later move to the aviation industry. Hellen is a Clarence local and now owns a highly successful food truck selling delicious dumplings made from the freshest of ingredients! You may have sampled them at the Tasmanian Produce Market at Kangaroo Bay where Hellen serves dumplings every Saturday. Now's your chance to learn how to cook them from a real master!
