Help us re-break the ground and plant out our winter crops at the newly named Geeveston Community Grows (previously know as Scrubby Hill Farm). Come along for our launch event and three workshops that will show you how to plant, maintain, harvest and cook winter produce.Ā
Saturday 2nd MarchĀ -Ā LAUNCH EVENTĀ welcoming everyone toĀ our new space with a working bee and complimentary lunch
10am - 1pm working bee
1-3pm complimentary lunch
Sunday 24th March - workshop #1 PLANTING planting a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, onions, carrots, potatoes and cabbage followed by complimentary lunch

Saturday 4th May - workshop #2 MAINTENANCE weeding and amending the new crops +Ā special guest speaker! followed by complimentary lunch

Please bring sun protection, gloves, enclosed shoes and a water bottle to the workshops.
