Join us for a full day Women's Retreat at Whitburn Whispers, a 100acre private property in The Hunter Valley. Whitburn Whispers provides a nurturning space for Women to gather, relax, connect, share and create together. Events offered include Moon Circles, Seasonal Events & Women's Retreats.
Our Retreat is during mid winter, where the seasonal energy calls us to rest, slow down and turn inwards. So to honour this Season we have created a full day of nourishing activities where we can do just that. We will enjoy Yoga & Meditation, crafting, spend time in nature, connect with others, pause and reflect, let go of the 'outside noise' and 'daily demands' and sink into a whole day where we can return home to ourselves and 'just be'.
The Retreat is a beautiful collaboration of 4 local Women, coming together to offer our crafts & wisdom to create a nurturning, creative and deeply replenishing day for you.

Crafting with Dried Flowers and Foraged items to create your own Arrangement
Creating Bees Wax Candles
Women's Circle exploring the Seasonal Energy of Winter, Seasonal Rituals, Journaling and Sharing
Guided Meditation with Shamanic Drum & other instruments
Delicious and Nourishing Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea, Lunch & Herbal Tea provided throughout the day

This will be our 5th Retreat at Whitburn Whispers and they are always such a restorative, magical day together.
