This half day workshop is an embodiment focused experiential gathering for women.

See it as an invitation for you to honour and deeply re-connect with yourself, as a woman.

This in-person workshop will guide you to explore using your own body as a portal to unlocking full bodied authentic expression of yourself/

Through Women's embodiment practices you will:

Engage with the innate wisdom of your body.
Gently peel back layers of coping and contractions, closure, old habits and trauma.
Come back to yourself; the wild, glorious, untamed parts of who you are.
Be invited to reclaim the softness, flow and pleasure that is your birthright.

"The Wild Woman’s Circle™" invites us to come back home to the body, re-engage with yourself and your authentic nature - who we are when we are connected, free and fully embodied.

Each woman has a native, embodied wisdom—a wild, untamed, undomesticated body-mind and heart that know what is true for us. Our body is the portal to come back to her.

What to expect -

Over four hours you will experience how you express yourself as a woman, both in and through your body.

In this nourishing women's only space you can look forward to;

a woman-centric day
being guided through a range of exercises including relaxation, intuitive movement and dance
being able to check in with, feel and connect to your own body
engagement exercises with other women
powerful self-care rituals

You can expect to leave the workshop feeling refreshed, nourished, more 'at-home' in your body and more connected to your authentic expression of yourself.

*This Workshop is open to Women / vulva owners and is fully safe to attend during all stages of pregnancy.

Embracing the Winter theme, we will be using Embodiment as a tool to turn within, come back home to our own needs, wants, emotions and reconnect with our own inner light.

YOUR FACILITATOR

This experiential workshop uses Embodiment (body based) movement practices and you will be guided by your experienced Facilitator + Therapist Bree. You will invited to explore a range of carefully cultivated women's practices based on Michaela Boehm’s 25 year body of work “The Wild Woman’s Way®”.
