Dive deep into the exquisite darkness of the winter solstice.

Take the time to explore within and reflect, preparing for growth and renewal.The evening will include a sharing circle, yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments and reflection on how we are experiencing this darkest time in the ever-changing cycle. Tea and snacks provided.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
