Mrs Nutritious is a Food & Lifestyle Coach who teaches women how to nourish themselves and their families with real, clean food and clever lifestyle choices. She is passionate about encouraging people back into their kitchens by showing them how simple it is to properly prepare simple, honest food to support both bodies and minds.

Always a lover of real food, Nicole trained as a Health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2016 with further education in nutrition and wellness at NatureCare College and through the MINDD Foundation.

Mrs Nutritious events are relaxed, fun and informative, gently weaving the philosophy and teachings of a wholefood lifestyle into classes and courses to produce delicious food. Nicole has developed close relationships with local producers and providors and through a wonderful database of suppliers is able to share her passion for quality produce with her clients.
