Set in our private Gallery, complete with an open fire and surrounded by the exquisite artworks from Melba's private collection, Australia's most famous soprano and a global opera star, Executive Chef Neil Cunningham has curated a Winter feast that promises to delight.

Priced at $155 per person, the menu features:

Smoked Duck breast, cherry mustard, cherries, and confit leg.
Our famous lamb shoulder with Jerusalem artichokes, romesco, and fresh ricotta
An array of delicious sides including crushed chat potatoes, broccolini and mixed oak leaves salad
Apple caramelised tart with salted caramel and brown butter icecream

Each course will be paired with wines from Coombe Yarra Valley's vintage museum collection.
