Event description

In this session, Max will take you on a two-hour walking tour around Wellington, sharing insights on which foraged plants he uses in his cooking, where to look and how to use what you find.

Max Gordy is an award-winning head chef at Graze Wine Bar and regular Lōemis food collaborator.

At Graze Wine Bar, they have a passion for local, sustainably sourced food, and foraging plays an important part in this. There’s a lot of great food hiding in plain sight, if you know where to look!
