Winter Gathering and Black Snake Productions

You’re invited to our Landcare Winter Gathering!

We’re very excited to welcome Black Snake Productions for an entertaining and informative 2-hour session on managing the risks of snakes and spiders in the bush. Expect plenty of stories, practical tips, a first aid refresher, and a live snake pit.

This will be followed by a light lunch (I’m hoping soup and cake are on the menu - still confirming catering), and then an interactive session on weeds. Bring along your curly questions as we chat about tricky species and new and emerging weeds that are worth keeping an eye out for.

Places are limited to 25 people, so we’re asking groups to please limit bookings to two people each for now. We may need to prioritise groups currently running working bees.

Not running a working bee but still keen to come along? Grab a ticket anyway — there’s a very good chance we can squeeze you in!

The itinerary is: 10 to 12pm for Black Snakes / 45min for lunch and chatting / an hour of weeds / finish at 2pm. NOTE - 9:30am for a 10am SHARP start. Tea and coffee will be available if you come before 10am.
