WINTER GATHERING
honour and celebrate the change in season
its time to prepare for a period of rest as we make the descend into winter
take some time to reflect on what downtime looks like to you, and the things you find nourishing
nurture yourself in community with other women and children as we guide you through rituals, practices, and self-expression
our time together includes:
- sound
- grounding practice
- breathing exercise
- gentle movement
- intention setting
- journalling
- crafting
- herbal tea and seasonal snacks
- guided meditation
- rest
open to women and children of all ages
