take some time to reflect on what downtime looks like to you, and the things you find nourishing

nurture yourself in community with other women and children and be guided through rituals, practices, and self-expression

our time together includes:

- sound

- grounding practice

- breathing exercise

- gentle movement

- intention setting

- journalling

- crafting

- herbal tea and seasonal snacks

- guided meditation

- rest
