Join our guided communal ritual where music, movement and witnessing help transform grief into belonging, connection and renewed aliveness.

What to expect

Guided by Alessandra Massi, Embodiment Coach and Sensual Dance Facilitator, this is a safe community space where music and movement are shared sacredly to support the transformation of grief into love.

Inspired by the work of Francis Weller, this workshop touches on the grief we experience as part of our human expression. With gentle guidance you will be invited to listen, dance and explore your inner landscape.

Let us be present and open to meet with love and compassion, whatever is there for us on the night. An opportunity to be gentle and patient and embrace the mystery and uncertainty that is an inherent part of life.

Please note as we are a not for profit we are not able to provide refunds however you are most welcome to pass your ticket onto someone else.

We understand that meeting our grief can bring strong emotions. Please prioritise self-care and use the quiet retreat space provided and perhaps consider bringing a friend for support. We will have volunteers available; however please note we are not providing medical or psychological support at this event.
