Winter Holiday Cooking Workshops

Join The Caloundra Cookery School founder, Gemma Brown for this hands-on, school-holiday, cooking workshop. 

In small groups, assisted by trainee chefs, kids will learn how to make handy recipes, practice safe cooking and knife skills, while all the time, having fun! 

They will also get creative by designing unique fruit and vegetable platters, as well as learning about food related health, sustainability and mindfulness (in line with Brown's, The Good Food Journal)

In each four-hour session, each group will make a homemade: drink, fruit & vegetable platter, sweet snack and light meal. (Contact us to see a menu plan)
