The winter holidays are finally here!!!

Let's celebrate together the start of the school holidays and set the tone for a beautiful, "chilled" and fun winter break!

This 3 hour workshop is packed with loads of winter yoga goodness!!!

We will move our bodies (a lot!) through a winter-themed yoga story, exploring and creating individual and partner poses, and we will of course play loooootttsss of games!!!

These high energy activities will be balanced by some more relaxed quiet times during which we will experience a very "cool" (literally!) meditation, and find our Winter's Firey Breath! There will also be some mindful winter craft such as making our own winter mindfulness glitter jar to take home, paper snowflake "mandalas" and maybe even some ice painting!

Places will be limited so everyone can get my full attention... so don't delay and book your kid(s) now!

* Ages: for boys and girls aged 8 to 12 (if you have a slightly younger or slightly older little one, don't hesitate to contact me to discuss!)

* What to bring: comfy clothes, water bottle, snacks for afternoon tea (I'd love to make a healthy afternoon winter snack with them and will check with everyone once bookings have started to confirm dietary requirements)

* Exchange: $44 for one... $80 for two! (sometimes it's nice to bring a friend or a sibling to share the fun!)
