We will gather, over 2 consecutive Sunday's, in the warmth and in circle and we will utilize the collective group energy to enhance our internal experience. I will guide you into your bodies by using The Focusing Technique. We will gently sit with what's there and let what the body has to offer unfold.

The simple, yet profound process of sitting, in presence, with these parts of ourselves, giving them a voice, allows change to occur, a moving forward where there was no movement before. Our bodies are wise; they like it when we listen to them.
