Winter Night Sky Meditation & Bathe

Rhonda James, International Yoga Teacher will lead you through a winter night sky meditation whilst bathing at the Hilltop Escarpment Bathing Area, followed by a hot drink around the fire. Come and connect with yourself, others and nature.
